After Jenelle is arrested, she tries to make things right again with her mother, but still goes against her wishes and bails out Keiffer (who was also sent to jail). Chelsea prepares for Aubree's first birthday party, and she faces Adam's fury after her father tows Adam's truck. Tension escalates between Jo and Kailyn when they arrange for a custody agreement, while the big day has finally come for Leah and Corey.

"One Step Back"
Jenelle struggles with getting her life back together, after losing her job and having no place to live. Kailyn files for a custody agreement with Jo, and Chelsea refuses to let Adam see Aubree until he pays child support. Leah goes forward with her wedding plans and continues to try and find out what could be wrong with Ali.
